Vermont Bike & Brew Featured on the Cover of Here in Hanover

We’ve got some fun news: Vermont Bike & Brew is on the cover of the Fall 2026 issue of Here in Hanover!

The new issue features Vermont Bike & Brew in “Touring on e-Bikes: Exploring Back Roads with Vermont Bike & Brew,” a story about how e-bikes open up a whole new way to experience the Upper Valley—and how Vermont Bike & Brew came to be.

For our owner, Jonas Cole, it started with his first e-bike ride in 2017. He fell in love after about 10 seconds, and began imagining a way to help more people experience the quiet roads, beautiful scenery, and local food and drink that make this corner of Vermont so special. Vermont Bike & Brew grew from that idea.

Today, our self-guided e-bike tours and rentals are designed to make exploring Vermont by bike approachable, even if you haven’t spent much time on two wheels lately. We provide e-bikes, thoughtfully planned routes, and support along the way—then riders get to set their own pace.

And, as the Here in Hanover story captures, the rides aren’t only about biking.

They’re about stopping at a farm stand you might otherwise drive right past. Visiting a local brewery or bakery. Riding a dirt road beneath a canopy of trees. Exploring with friends and family who might have very different levels of cycling experience—and discovering that an e-bike can make it possible to enjoy the day together.

We’re grateful to the team at Here in Hanover for taking the time to learn about Vermont Bike & Brew and for sharing our story with the Upper Valley community.
